LMC supports clients by delivering value added training to improve their business. LMC has successfully conducted training sessions for several clients. Our clients training needs vary so we can focus our training sessions on a specific subject or as an integral part of an improvement project. Our training is modularized which means clients can pick from a broad range of subject matter to build a complete training package.

LMC training plan is separated into three categories, Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate) and Level 3 (Advanced). Our training models are designed to align all elements into the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle. Here is an example of our Level 1 training model.
