Lean Manufacturing Simulation Kits

Our staff has plenty of "hands-on" experience on how to deliver interactive training seminars about how to implement the principles of the Toyota Production System (TPS). Based on several years of experience, we developed three levels of Lean Simulation Kit to demonstrate how any company can transition from a traditional based organization into a Lean Enterprise

Benefits of using a Training Simulation:

The advantage of using a simulation is that any company can easily train its key people about how to implement Lean Manufacturing Principles in a classroom environment without having to interfere with anything on the manufacturing floor or offices. The simulation process dramatically shortens an employee's learning curve, which is a huge cost saving for many organizations versus those who use a more typical "lets try it ourselves and see" training methodology. An organization with no prior Lean Manufacturing experience will take from 3 to 5 years to achieve a acceptable level of improvement. In fact, there are many stories of companies who embark on a Lean Manufacturing Journey only to shelve it because it did not deliver acceptable results in process improvement or to the bottom line.

Lean Enterprise Simulation Kits:

The purpose of a simulation is to allow people to learn through play, because this gives them the ability to totally engage in the process without the fear of failure. We have three Lean Enterprise Simulations Kits available for purchase, please click on the links below for more details:

Level 1 - Introduction to Lean Manufacturing Principles.

Level 2 - Implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles.

Level 3 - Developing a Lean Supply Chain
